• Kann ich meine E-Mails übers Internet abrufen?

  Ja.
  Über die URL http://mail.wws24.ch oder https://mail.wws24.ch haben Sie Zugriff auf Ihre E-Mails.

  Hinweis: Die Nachrichten, welche schon per E-Mail Client (z.B. Outlook) heruntergeladen wurden, werden im Webmail nicht mehr angezeigt.

• Was bedeutet die Meldung "Your mailbox is over its size limit"?

  Das Informations E-Mail mit dem Betreff "Your mailbox is over its size limit" und dem folgenden Inhalt:

  Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
  Your mailbox size is 49119 KB.
  Mailbox size limits:
          You will receive a warning when your mailbox reaches 35000 KB.You may not be able to send or receive new mail until you reduce your mailbox size.
  To make more space available, delete any items that you are no longer using or move them to your personal folder file (.pst).
  Items in all of your mailbox folders including the Deleted Items and Sent Items folders count against your size limit.
  You must empty the Deleted Items folder after deleting items or the space will not be freed.

  bedeutet, dass das E-Mail Postfach (Mailbox) auf dem Server voll ist.
  Damit die Meldung nicht mehr erscheint und wieder Mails empfangen/verschickt
  werden können, müssen einige Nachrichten über das Webmail (OWA) gelöscht werden.

  Hinweis: Die E-Mails welche über einen E-Mail Client (z.B. Outlook) abgerufen wurden, bleiben auch auf dem Client erhalten.

• Wie habe ich Zugriff auf das Webmail?

  Über die URL http://mail.wws24.net haben Sie Zugriff auf das OWA (Outlook Web Access).
